  1. I haven’t been blogging for that long at all, but have never skipped reviewing a book up until now. With one exception – being a book I just could not read because the writing style was completely not my thing and that was the main reason of my DNF [First DNF in a couple of years, actually…]

    1. When I first started blogging, I never missed a review. Now that I can finish up to one book a day (sometimes more), I find I get behind too easily. 😦

        1. It does suck and it makes me feel bad. If a book hits me the right way, I’ll blog about it – good or bad. All of the luck to you! You’ve got this and you’ll do amazing things!

            1. Good advice! I think I will try that. I’ve hit a point where I don’t have a lot of audios to listen to (the ones I want from the library are on hold) so I should catch up with back reviews… 🙂

  2. You’ve got some great titles on this list!! I still need to finish the Firebird series, but I absolutely loved the first book. Out of the Easy was one of my absolute favorite books. Ruta Sepetys is one of my favorite authors – she hasn’t disappointed me yet! Dark Matter was wonderful, too. I was surprised with how much I enjoyed that one because I generally have a hard time connecting with protagonists who are middle-aged men, haha.

  3. Great list! I don’t always write reviews for every book that I read either. Sometimes I just read faster than I write, and when that happens I just write reviews sporadically so I don’t get myself too overwhelmed by them.

    1. Thank you! That is exactly my issue – I read much faster than I can review. I currently have about six or seven review drafts I’m hoping to finish soon. 😦 I feel so bad!

  4. There was some point when I started reading again (before I was blogging), that I decided to start including a review with my star rating on GR, and now that I am blogging, there are some books I wish I had captured my thoughts on.
