Books Left Unread #89

Books Left Unread

Welcome to my blog post where I talk about the books I have been meaning to read, but just have not yet. You know what I am talking about – the books that have remained unread for various reasons yet when you see them you think, “You know, I really need to read that.” Instead you get distracted by another book, series, or something in your TBR pile. It happens to the best of us. I want to spotlight those books in the hope that I can persuade myself to move them up on my TBR list.

This week’s post is dedicated to:

The Fine Art of Pretending by Rachel Harris

The Fine Art of Pretending (The Fine Art of Pretending, #1)

adore Rachel Harris! She is a native Texan so she lives close. I see her all of the time at book events and just want to squish her! That being said, I can’t figure out why I haven’t read any of her books yet. I have a stack of ’em but just haven’t started one. Have you read some of her books? If so, what was your favorite?

  1. I recently moved, and half my books are in boxes, while the other half are stacked up against the wall until I get some shelving. This is one of the ARCs I see every time I pass the pile. I feel as though I would like this book, but I am always slow to read my physical books. I mostly read on my commute and it’s just easier to move from bus, train, shuttle with my kindle. Maybe we will both read this one soon.
